Victoria Bain Embroidered Textiles offers a bespoke embroidery service to complement our signature collections.
Victoria and her team are passionate about collaborating on exceptional embroidered commissions, guiding each unique project with expertise, creativity and meticulous attention to detail from concept to completion.

Once our bespoke process is established with a client, specifying future projects becomes intuitive and seamless.

For bespoke commissions, we encourage designers to share as much information as possible. Whether you are working from detailed CAD drawings or an initial hand sketch, every element helps us to translate your vision with precision. Our studio houses an extensive palette of over 300 thread colours, more than five distinctive thread finishes and a carefully curated collection of luxurious, tried-and-tested base fabrics, allowing us to create embroidery that is both beautifully crafted and tailored to your project..

Our Bespoke Process

  • Victoria Bain in client meeting

    An initial appointment is set up to define exactly what is required.

  • Coloured artwork for embroidery

    Coloured artwork is created defining where the stitches will lie and technique applied.

  • Thread chart with blue and green tones

    Thread choices are also discussed at this stage.

    A sample strike-off is then created.

    Once signed off a specification sheet for embroidery placement will be sent for final client approval before commencement of production.

  • Dependant on complexity of the design production can vary but our standard lead times are 12-16 weeks.

Each item is manufactured by our extremely skilled embroidery team where the focus is on craftsmanship and quality.
